We're excited that our first performance of this cantata is now next month!
We are collaborating with Opera Settecento, directed by Leo Duarte, to give a historically informed staged performance, using baroque gesture and in period costume. We've been working with baroque opera critic Brian Robins, who's vision brought the project into being, to work towards bringing the use of gesture back into the public domain, and show its relevance to modern audiences.
The first performance is kindly supported by the London Handel Friends, and will be at St George's Hanover Square on 28th November at 7pm.
